As new parents, we struggled to find a Nanny Agreement or contract that was written NOT by Nannies or their agencies, but BY Parents, while being mutually beneficial. We wanted an Agreement to feel secure that the nanny was doing what we needed her to and our child was safe, so we created one based on our experience writing straightforward, understandable, and not too long contracts for our companies!

Like Goldilocks we created this Editable Sample Nanny Agreement so it's "just right": it not too long and confusing that your head spins, nor too short and lacking important details you wonder if you'd need to address down the line.
