When my husband and I were new parents, we struggled to find a nanny agreement and contract NOT written by Nannies or their Agencies - so we created one and want to save you time and stress!

This sample, editable Nanny Agreement is based on us scouring the internet for information, speaking with other families and lawyers (we are not lawyers), and my husband and my own contract experience writing contracts for our respective businesses and clients. We also made sure it’s as mutually beneficial as possible for families as well as nannies. Which makes it easier for both parties to agree to 😊
