Women Who Ask Club
Where women prepare the conversations for promotions, raises, support, and boundaries - and their confidence
We’re a live coaching community for women navigating real situations where they struggle to speak up and get what they want - but want to.
We use the 4-step Power of the Ask framework (used by 700+ women) to get clear on what you want, build your ask, and build your confidence - so when the moment comes, you don’t freeze, soften, or second-guess.
What's one conversation you've been avoiding, replaying or spinning over?
Let's prepare it & build your confidence - so you're successful, satisfied and relieved.
"A work problem I’d been carrying for over a year completely disappeared!
The conversation went better than I could have imagined - including how heard and respected I felt. Not only did I my problem disappear, I walked away relieved, supported and wanting to stay."
- Anonymous, Head of HR @ Financial Services / Crypto Asset Management
Sound familiar?
You're here because…
- You’re the one everyone relies on - but you’re overworked, under-supported, and it's wearing on you
- Your calendar is full - and you don’t feel like you can find space or push back
- You say yes when you mean no - then feel bitter
- You know you need help and change - but can’t articulate specifics
- The thought of certain conversations create tension in your body and replay in your head
- You worry about sounding pushy or selfish
- You’ve used AI to find the "right words" - but are still stuck
-
You don’t want to be louder, harder, or more aggressive - you just want to be clear, respected, and heard
You need a better way to say what you need to feel successful, satisfied and relieved - and feel confident saying it.
What Women Who Ask Club is
This isn't another space to talk about what’s frustrating.
It's where avoidance stops - and change begins
We meet twice a month to do what no one else has taught you how to do, until now - ask for what you want, feel confident, and believe it's possible for you.
Inside sessions you:
- Get clear on what you really want
- Organize your thoughts into clear, concise and convincing sentences
- Work through the beliefs that make you hesitate or hold back
- Practice saying it out loud - so it feels natural when it matters
- Connect with women and normalize asking
After each session you:
- Don’t freeze, hesitate, soften, or second-guess
- Do walk into the conversation calm and collected.
- Sound more influential.
- Feel lighter.
- Get what you want to feel successful, satisfied and relieved.
All using the Power of the Ask framework - trusted by 700+ women and major companies.
What We Work On
What types of asks do members bring?
- The message you’ve rewritten three times - and still haven’t sent
- The “quick ask” that somehow turns into you doing it yourself again
- The thing that’s been bothering you for weeks - but feels too awkward or pushy to bring up now
- The moment you said “it’s fine” - when it wasn’t
- The idea you didn’t share - and then watched someone else get credit for
- The follow-up you’ve been avoiding - because the first conversation didn’t go how you hoped
- The conversation at home you keep putting off - because you don’t want tension, but also can’t keep doing it like this
I take whatever you're dealing with and turn it into a clear, grounded, convincing conversation - so you stop overthinking, second-guessing, and carrying it alone.
What conversation are you avoiding, replaying, or preparing for this week?
This is where we start.
Women Who Are Soaring
What happens when you have a prepared ask and confidence
From carrying it for months - to saying it clearly in one conversation - and creating change.
From exhausted stacking her resume to asking to be promoted
I'm finally going to ask for a raise and let them know I would like to work toward a title promotion within 2 years. You're spot on - I've been stacking my internal resume hoping it'd further justify my asks but it's just taking up time.
- Elizabeth, Commercial Council @ Crowdstrike
From Overextended to Aligned and Advocating — at Work and at Home
"I've finally synced up my personal and professional goals - and am acting on them.
My confidence has been re-ignited to successfully transition through various stages of my life and career. Especially as a mom, I now actually advocate for what I need to have a career and motherhood."
- Noelle R, Founder, Frontier Family Office Forum | Frontier Tech Leaders & Investment Firms
From Almost Leaving to Fully Leading
“Before working with Jacqueline, I was on the verge of leaving. Now, I’m voicing what I need clearly and confidently - and being heard.
My boss takes my input seriously, our communication flows, and I’ve fallen back in love with my job. Our team is thriving, and so am I.”
- Rosa, Co-Founder @ Rupa Health
Leading as a CEO - Without the Overwhelm
"Through our work, I not only earned the CEO title, but built a team that thrives without me doing it all.
I’m still busy but no longer overwhelmed - and Power of the ask is an essential tool in how I lead as a CEO. Our people are thriving because of it - and I'm less stressed."
- Cori, CEO of Townsend Public Affairs

5 reasons why
Women Who Ask Club works
- Most communication, negotiation, and career support only focus on one piece of speaking up:
- what to say
- how to say it
- your mindset
- or your confidence
We integrate all four - plus practice and connection - You gain you the words and the confidence so people understand and respond to you
- We work through real life scenarios stressing you out now
- One conversation can change everything
- You’re already paying for not asking - In overwork, disappointment, frustration or resentment. Doing nothing is the most expensive option.
- This pays you back immediately
More money, more support, better boundaries, better roles - now, not someday.
I know because 700+ women have what they want through working together.

Meet your coach
I'm Jacqueline
I’m an executive coach, conversation strategist, and creator of Power of the Ask™. I equip ambitious women and organizations turn chaos into calm and ideas into influence.
Before coaching, I spent 16 years building and leading teams at Disney and Deloitte across Los Angeles, London, and San Francisco. From the outside, it looked like success. Inside, every conversation felt like a tug-of-war between advocating for what was right and managing how I’d be perceived.
I wasn’t burned out from the workload.
I was exhausted from over-explaining, holding back, limiting beliefs, and avoiding conversations that mattered.
That realization changed everything.
I built systems for clarity, strengthened my ability to ask, transformed from overworking and over-explaining to leading and speaking with calm confidence that moves people and makes space to breathe - without pressure, pushiness, or fallout.
Now, through Power of the Ask™, I teach women how to prepare for real conversations, say what needs to be said clearly, advocate for themselves, and walk away lighter - not braced.
My work blends corporate leadership experience with NLP, somatic tools, the Enneagram, and Human Design (I’m a 4/6 Projector) - always grounded, practical, and human.
Because real leadership isn’t about doing more -
- it's about mastering conversations and beliefs to move things forward while upholding boundaries.
